Privacy Notice

This privacy notice applies to focusroadmarkings.com, the website of Focus Road Markings Ltd. Our registered office is 12 Vintage Close, Birmingham, B34 6EW. You can contact us about anything privacy-related at sales@focusroadmarkings.com or on 07816 295188.

When you use the contact form on our website we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to give it), your message, and any photos or files you attach to an enquiry. We only receive this information because you send it to us - we do not collect anything silently in the background.

Like almost every website, our server keeps basic technical records (such as your browser type and the pages you visit) for security and to keep the site running. These records are not used to profile you or follow you around the internet.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics that follow you across other websites, or social media trackers. We have nothing to sell about you and nothing to share with advertisers.

We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange site visits and carry out the work you ask for. We may also keep a record of the work we did for you so we can support any guarantee claims later.

We never sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within a reasonable time, normally no longer than 12 months. Records connected to work we carried out are kept for as long as our guarantees and tax rules require.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, just email sales@focusroadmarkings.com and we will sort it out promptly.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
